*****The file upload utility on our web site is NOT currently working.*****
The old company server is no longer live. Since this change the "old" email addresses no longer work. If you go to the web site you are automatically transferred to the new web site. Since this change we have had some complications with our artwork upload utility which can be found on our web site. We were hoping to resolve the problem and not need to announce any changes. Unfortunately this has not worked thus far.

* Folders have been set up for each CSR. Upload artwork into the folder of the appropriate CSR. (Sandy Rosier or Linda Matthews).
* Please email us and let us know when artwork is uploaded. We do not receive notification of uploads to this FTP.
Uploading helps:
To upload through ftp software:
- This is a regular FTP site you may upload artwork to. If you have ftp software this should be simple enough simply going to the address above. If you do not have ftp software you may still be able to upload through a web browser.
- If you are having trouble uploading through FTP software you may have a problem specific to your software. For example if you are using "Fetch" on a Mac the preferences automatically default to a setting that prevents upload. To solve this problem go to preferences, turn off passive FTP (on by default); then type in the address only: ftp.rockymountainplus.com
- If you need help please send me an email describing the software you are using, whether you are on a Mac or PC and any specific details you may have describing what is happening. I will consult with our computer department and work on a solution for you.
To upload through a browser:
- Click on the link below; once there go to the "File" drop-down menu and look for "Login as". Click on this option and then enter the login information below. At that point you should be able to drag and drop the files into the browser to upload the files.
- Possible problem when uploading through a web browser on a PC: I recently learned that new updates to internet browsers are "blocking" file uploads to FTPs. If you are not able to drag and drop your file in this may be the problem. In working with our computer technician we came up with the following solution for PCs.
Optional PC upload method: ***THIS IS NOT THROUGH A BROWSER***
- On your computer desktop go to "My Computer". (Like you were going to look at your "C" drive or some other computer drive).
- When you are at "My Computer"; paste this into the address line: ftp://rmpftp:rmp5566@ftp.rockymountainplus.com
- Hit enter.
- This should bring you directly to the FTP. At this point you should be able to drag and drop files onto our FTP.
